目前碳酸钠（纯碱）广泛使用于干膜、绿漆显影制程，由于槽液含有大量碳碱当其结合水中钙镁离子后便产生固体沉淀，此白色沉淀不仅附着在槽壁，同时亦阻塞管路与喷嘴，容易造成显影不良等后遗症，严重者将破坏设备降低设备寿命。
At present, sodium carbonate (Soda) is widely applied in dry film and green paint developing process; due to solution contains a lot of carbonate alkaline, which may combine with calcium ion and magnesium ion and cause solid precipitate; and such white precipitate will not only attach to bath wall, but also block pipeline and nozzle, and will be easy to cause defective developing and even damage equipment and reduce use life of equipment.
显影清槽液针对上述制程困扰研发，能有效清除沉淀固体并可溶解干膜绿漆中的油性物质，定期清槽可有效确保生产品质、延长设备寿命。
Developing bath cleaning liquid is designed for the above-mentioned problem, it can effectively remove settling solid and dissolve oil substances in dry film and green paint. Periodically cleaning bath can effectively ensure production quality and prolong use life of equipment.

二、配槽方法

三、清洗步骤
III Cleaning Steps
1、将显影槽液完全排放；
1. drain developing solution completely;
2、以清水循环10分钟；
2. Circulate with clean water for 10 minutes;
3、倒入CL—211B（10%）清洗1-2小时；
3. pour in CL—211B (10%） to clean for 1-2 hours;
4、以清水循环20分钟，然后高压水冲洗；
4. Circulate with clean water for 20 minutes, and then flush with high pressure water;
5、加入CL-211A（10%）清洗1-2小时；
5. add CL-211A（10%） to clean for 1-2 hours;
6、以清水循环10分钟；
6. Circulate with clean water for 10 minutes;
7、以槽体体积的1%加入显影A剂（碳酸钠）清洗20分钟；
7. Add developing agent A (sodium carbonate) with an amount to 1% of the volume of bath to clean for 20 minutes;
8、清水循环10分钟后即可完成清槽程序。
8. Circulate with clean water for 10 minutes, and then finish bath cleaning procedure.

清槽液为腐蚀性物质不可以接触，皮肤衣物不慎碰触，以清水冲洗，眼睛碰触或食入应清水冲洗后立刻送医。
The bath cleaning liquid is corrosive and is not touchable; in case of contact with sin or clothes, flush with clean water, and in case of contact with eyes or inhalation, flush with clean water and then get medical treatment.
