一、产品简介 I Product Introduction PTL-401M酸性清洁剂可有效地清洁及活化铜线路表面之氧化物,油墨或干膜残留物,增强电镀密着性,不伤害铜面镀层。 PTL-401M acid cleaner can effectively clean and activate the oxide, ink or dry film residue on surface of copper circuit, enhance plating adhesion and will not hurt copper plating layer.

三、槽液维护 III Maintenance of Solution 标准补充:每处理100m2补充PTL-401 1.8-2.5L Standard supplement: supplement PTL-401 1.8-2.5L foe processing 100 m2; 更换溶液:每1L工作液处理8-12m2时请更新 Replacing solution: replace solution when 1L solution processes 8-12m2; 注:PTL-401M是酸性液体,使用时请用安全眼镜,误溅入眼睛时请以清水冲洗15分钟以上,并到眼科诊所诊治. Note: PTL-401M is acid liquid; please wear protective eyeshade when using it; in case of spattering into eye, please flush with clean water for 15 minutes and get medical treatment in Ophthalmology clinic;
四、酸性清洁剂PTL-401M化学分析 IV Chemical Analysis of Acid 方法:1.取槽液5ml于250ml锥形瓶中 Method: take 5ml solutioin into a 250ml conical flask; 2.加50ml纯水并加入2-3滴甲基红指示剂 2. Add 50ml pure water and add 2-3 drops of methyl red indicator; 3.用0.1N NaOH滴至溶液由红色变成黄色为终点 3. Use 0.1N NaOH for titration till the solution changes from red to yellow; 计算:[H+](N)=0.01×0.1N NaOH滴定ml数÷5 Calculation: :[H+](N)=0.01×0.1N NaOH (ml) ÷5 [H+]控制范围:0.3-0.8N [H+] control scope: 0.3-0.8N
五、安全防护 PTL-401M为酸性液体,使用时请佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防护衣。若药液不慎溅及皮肤、眼睛时应用大量清水清洗,严重者应立即就医诊治。 PTL-401M is acid liquid, and when using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary. |
