SB-675能很好地抑制硝酸剥蚀金属时产生的NO2等有毒气体，提高剥蚀速度，达到改善环境目的。
SB-675 can well restrain such noxious gas as NO2 from stripping metal by nitric acid and improve stripping velocity to improve environment.

三、槽液维护
III Maintenance of Solution
开 缸 量：以硝酸槽体3-5%开缸
Open-cylinder amount: open cylinder with nitric acid 3-5% to bath
标准补充：依化学分析结果补充NHO3及相应硝酸抑制剂量，分析频率1次/天。
Standard supplement: supplement NHO3 and related amount of nitric acid inhibitor according to chemical analysis and analyze frequency once per day;
更新溶液：铜含量达到75g/L时请更槽。
Replace solution: replace when copper content reaches 75g/L;
四、分析方法
IV Analysis Method
1、HNO3含量分析
1. Analysis of content of HNO3
（1）取1ml槽液称量计重m，加入到250ml锥形瓶中，加DI水50-100ml；
(1) Take 1ml solution weigh as m, add it into a 250ml conical flask, and add 50-100ml DI water;
（2）加酚酞指示剂2-3滴，用1.0 N NaOH标准溶液滴定到出现红色为止；
(2) Add 2-3 drops of Phenolphthalein indicator, use 1.0 N standard NaOH solution for titration till the color turns red;
计算HNO3（%）=6.3 ×V NaOH滴定ml数/m。

2、Cu2+含量分析
2. Analysis of content of Cu2+
（1）取1ml槽液加入到250ml锥形瓶中，加入DI水100ml；
（1）Take 1ml solution into a 250ml conical flask, and add 100ml DI water;
（2）加入pH为10.5的缓冲溶液20ml；
（2）Add 20ml buffer solution with pH of 10.5;
（3）加入2-3滴PAN指示剂，用0.05N EDTA滴定至草绿色；
（3）Add 2-3 drops of PAN indicator, and use 0.05N EDTA for titration till the color turns grass green;
计算Cu2+（g/L）=3.177×V0.05M EDTA滴定ml数。

六、安全防护
VI Safety Protection
SB-675为酸性液体，使用时请佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防护衣。若药液不慎溅及皮肤、眼睛时应用大量清水清洗，严重者应立即就医诊治。
SB-675 is acid liquid, and when using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary. |
