I Product Introduction
微蚀液ME-90S为硫酸双氧水系列之微蚀剂，具稳定的微蚀速率，控制双氧水挥发，微蚀效果均匀有效粗化铜面，因其为无机物，不易造成铜面氧化，能有效清洁板面残留，避免后制程问题。
Micro0etching liquid ME-90S belongs to series of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and has stable micro-etching velocity; control the volatilization of hydrogen peroxide, and the micro-etching can effectively and averagely roughen copper surface; as it is inorganic matter, it is not easy to cause oxidation of copper surface, and can effectively clean board, so to avoid problems in later process.

四、分析方法
IV Analysis Method
铜含量：方 法：1、取槽液1ml 加纯水100 ml;
Copper content: Method: 1. Take 1ml solution and add with 100ml pure water;
2、加buffer solution(9.5)10ml，加入2-3滴PAN指示剂;
2. Add buffer solution (9.5)10ml, and add 2-3 drops of PAN indicator;
3、以0.1N EDTA滴定至草绿色为终点.
3. Use 0.1N EDTA for titration till ghe color is grass green;
计 算：Cu(g/L)=V×6.354
Calculation: Cu(g/L)=V×6.354
铜含量达50g/L时须当槽，或排掉部分母液，添加相应ME-90S
When copper content reaches 50g/L, stop or drain part mother liquid, and add relevant ME-90S;
双氧水：方 法： 1、量取1ML槽液于250ML锥形瓶中;
Hydrogen peroxide: Method: 1. Measure 1ML solution and place into 250ml conical flask;
2、加入100MLDI水，加入20ML 20%硫酸;
2. Add 100ml DI water, and add 20ml 20% sulfuric acid;
3、0.1N 高锰酸钾标准溶液滴定至溶液呈红色为终点。
3. 0.1N standard potassium permanganate solution for titration till the color turns red;
计 算： 浓度（g/L）=高锰酸钾标准液用量（ML）×1.701
Calculation: Concentration (g/L) = Usage of standard potassium permanganate solution (ml) ×1.701
硫 酸：方 法： 1、量取1ML槽液于锥形瓶中；
Sulfuric acid: Method: 1. Measure 1ml solution and place into conical flask;
2、加入100ml DI水，加入2-3滴甲基橙指示剂；
2. Add 100ml DI water, and add 2-3 drops of Methyl orange indicator;
3、0.1N 氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定至溶液呈黄色。
3. 0.1N standard sodium hydroxide solution for titration till the color turns yellow;
计 算： 浓度g/L = 氢氧化钠标准溶液（ML）×4.9
Calculation: Concentration g/L = standard sodium hydroxide solution (ml) ×4.9

六、安全防护
VI Safety Protection
ME-90S为酸性液体，使用时请佩戴眼罩、手套及穿安全防护衣。若药液不慎溅及皮肤、眼睛时应用大量清水清洗，严重者应立即就医诊治。
ME-90S is acid liquid, and when using it, please wear eyeshade, gloves and protective clothes; in case that solution spatters into eye or on skin, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment if necessary. |
