防焊绿漆在印刷过程中稍有不慎便会造成产品不良，此时因为板子已近成品阶段，倘若因此而报废实在可惜，绿漆剥除剂LC-101便是针对此问题而研发。
Solder-resist green paint may cause defective product during printing, and then, due to the board is nearly to be finished, it is really pity that the board is rejected at this time, and green paint stripping agent LC-101 is designed for this problem.

换槽时机

一般生产所造成之槽液蒸发以原液补充即可，建议1-2周或80-150ft2/L（依生产量而异）换槽清洗槽体一次，以免沉积油膜反沾加热器，造成加热器效率降低。
The evaporated solution due to usual production can be supplemented with raw liquid; suggest to change bath for cleaning once per 1-2 weeks or 80-150ft2/L (according to production), to avoid the deposited oil being attached to heater and reduce efficiency of heater. |
五、分析方法
V Analysis Method
方法：1.取2ml样品，於锥形瓶中，加入100ml纯水；
Method: 1. Take 2ml sample and place it into conical flask, and add 100ml pure water;
2.加入3-5滴PP指示剂，摇晃混均；
2. Add 3-5 drps of PP indicator and shake to average;
3.以1N HCL滴至溶液由红色变为无色，记下消耗HCL体积V。
3. Use 1N HCL for titration till the solution changes from red to colorless, and record the volume V consumed;
计算：KOH％=V×28/（比重×10³）×100%
Calculation: KOH％=V×28/ (Specific Gravity ×10³) ×100%

LC-101为碱性液体，避免眼睛皮肤及衣物直接接触，如不慎触接触皮肤及应以大量清洗患部，必要时立刻送医。
LC-101 is alkaline liquid and can not directly contact with eyes, skin or clothes; in case of contact, immediately flush with plenty of clean water and get medical treatment. |
